2. How far in advance should I book my transfer?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure vehicle availability. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.
3. Can I make changes to my booking?
Yes, you can amend your booking by contacting us directly. Please inform us at least 6 hours before your scheduled pickup time to avoid any inconvenience.
4. What if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
We monitor flight arrival times and adjust your pickup accordingly. Please make sure to provide your flight number when booking to help us track your arrival accurately.
5. Is there any waiting time included for airport pickups?
Yes. We include up to 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands. Additional waiting charges may apply beyond this time.
6. Where will I meet the driver at the airport?
Your driver will be waiting at the designated meeting point inside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name or company name. Meeting point details will be shared upon confirmation.
7. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancellations made at least 12 hours before pickup time are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours may incur a fee or be non-refundable.
8. Do you provide child seats?
Yes, we can provide child and baby seats upon request. Please let us know your requirements at the time of booking.
9. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment in advance via debit/credit card, and in some cases, cash payments to the driver may also be arranged.
