By booking a service with National Airport Transfers, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.


1. Bookings

  • All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or email and are subject to availability.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information, including contact details, pickup/drop-off addresses, and flight numbers (if applicable).

  • Bookings are only confirmed once you receive a confirmation via email or text.


2. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT (where applicable).

  • Prices quoted at the time of booking are based on the information provided. Additional charges may apply for delays, extra stops, waiting time, or changes to the original booking.

  • Full payment can be made in advance online or in cash to the driver (subject to agreement).

  • We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.


3. Waiting Time and Delays

  • For airport pickups, we allow up to 60 minutes free waiting time after the flight lands. After this period, additional waiting charges may apply.

  • For non-airport pickups, a grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. Beyond this, waiting charges may apply.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any delays, cancellations, or missed flights as soon as possible.


4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee or no refund.

  • No-shows will be charged in full and are non-refundable.


5. Luggage

  • Each passenger is allowed to carry one medium-sized suitcase and one hand luggage. If you have excess luggage, you must inform us at the time of booking to arrange a suitable vehicle.

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to luggage during transit.


6. Conduct and Safety

  • Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful and safe manner during the journey.

  • Seat belts must be worn at all times.

  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in the vehicle.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who poses a risk to the driver or vehicle.


7. Liability

  • While we make every effort to provide punctual and reliable service, National Airport Transfers is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, road closures, weather, or third-party actions.

  • In the unlikely event of a breakdown, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative vehicle or refund.


8. Child Seats

  • Child seats can be provided on request but must be requested at the time of booking.

  • It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to ensure the correct installation and use of any child seats.


9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
